Highland Park 25 Year Old (2023 Release)
The 2023 edition of Highland Park's annual release of 25-year-old single malt was drawn from a selection of 22 casks, each chosen by master whisky maker Gordon Motion. The array of casks included ten first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak hogsheads, two first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak hogsheads, four first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak butts, five refill hogsheads, and one refill butt. A superbly impressive expression from the Orkney based distillery.
