Wine Cask
Independently bottled Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky, distilled on the island of Orkney and bottled by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection. The whisky was put into a single wine-treated-butt in December 1990 and left to mature until October 2014, when it was bottled at 23 year old. 555 bottles were produced.
