Distilled at Highland Park distillery in 1998 before maturation in a first fill Spanish sherry butt (number 8017). This single cask from Orkney was bottled in 2007 and was only ever released in Japan.
Richly sherried with Corinth raisins, heather smoke and bitter caramel.
