Highland Park 15 Year Old - Viking Heart
Highland Park's 15 Year Old Viking Heart is a standout island whisky and a part of the whisky's core range. It was matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned European and American casks, as well as a few refill casks, and is presented at 44% ABV in Highland Park's signature branded bottle, complete with Viking-inspired designs. Looks excellent on a bar or drinks cabinet. And even better on a longship.

Nose
Brown sugar, orange oil, cinnamon, a soft, vegetal waft of peat.
Palate
Heather honey and smoke, with vanilla, treacle, and lemon in support.
Finish
Lasting spicy cinnamon and smoky embers.
