This edition of Hibiki 21 Year Old was released in honour of House of Suntory's 100th anniversary. Matured in mizunara oak, the blend of Japanese malt and grain whiskies is rich and aromatic. The limited-edition centennial anniversary label design pictures a delicate ombre that evokes the sunrise in Japan.

Nose
Refined and elegant with top notes of kumquat and jasmine, and a hint of soothing Japanese incense.
Palate
Subtly sweet floral flavour and parfum as the harmony elongates to introduce spiced Japanese sandalwood and agarwood notes.
Finish
Long and deep with undernotes of spiced mizunara woodiness.
