An exquisite 12 year old blended Japanese whisky. Hibiki includes malt whisky from Yamazaki and Hakushu, as well as grain whisky from Chita. The whisky is partly matured in plum liqueur barrels. Sadly, following the massive surge in popularity of Japanese whisky in the 2010s, this expression was discontinued by Suntory in 2015. Bottles have now become rare and collectible.
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Please also note it comes without a box.
Juicy marmalade with real chunks of orange, cooked apples dusted with cinnamon, thick honey and plum wine.
Crushed almonds, stewed fruits, clove-studded oranges. Sherried malt and a subtle core of oak.
Bright and flavoursome with crisp apple and citrus.
$133.93 - $983.31
One of the smoothest whiskies. Great taste that juist gets better. Just finished my last bottle will be missed.
Wow what a fantastic blend so smooth and sweet. Easy drinking heaven shared with a friend one not to be missed.
Absolutely ultimate blended Whisky, nothing can beat it. But I'm very disappointed caused it's no longer available on the Market, that's why the Price now $$$$$ No one can afford it. Well done Suntory
Just finished my first 700ml bottle that's been at the back of my shelf for years. Still exceptional but not AU$600 so! I'd gladly trade my remaining four bottles for a similar value of Talisker 10 or 57' North. I doubt I'll be opening another bottle until my 20th wedding anniversary in nine years time if I'm even still around then!
Must say this is a super drinkable wi dram. Wifey gave me this as a Christmas gift well done!?
