From Tasmania comes a seven-year-old Hellyers Road single malt whisky aged entirely in oloroso sherry casks before it was bottled up at 46.2% ABV.

Nose
Dried fruit, dark chocolate, flamed orange peel, and sweet tobacco.
Palate
Earthy vanilla, clove, raisins, and toffee.
Finish
Long and spicy.
