A straight bourbon here from Tennessee*, aged for at least a decade and bottled for the appropriately named Decade Series by the Bob Dylan-backed Heaven's Door whiskey. It was bottled at 50% ABV.
*No, not that distillery. We can't disclose which one it is. But the fact that it's 10 years old should narrow down the other very limited options of whiskey makers in TN.
Having tried Heaven's Door Bourbon before I was really excited to get a bottle of the 10 Year Old Heaven's Door. Wow it didn't disappoint! What a great whiskey. Delicious. So smooth. Everything a great American Bourbon should be.
