Combining an even split of malted and unmalted wheat, this expression pays respect to the distillery's ancestors, who got the whole thing up and running back in 1700! A finishing period in a combination of Napoleon oak and Port barrels brings an enjoyable depth of sweet fruit and rich cask influence.
