Green River Full Proof Bourbon (58.95%)
This batch of full-proof bourbon from Kentucky's Green River distillery weighs in at a robust 59% ABV. Distilled from a mash bill of 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, the whiskey is drawn from small batches of select barrels, blended and bottled at cask strength. Rich and robust with a generous balance of oaken vanilla and spice, savour this neat, or stir up a marvellous Old Fashioned.

Nose
Rich layers of woody spice, burnt caramel, dark chocolate, and dried berries, with a touch of mint in the distance.
Palate
Toffee, vanilla, and subtly leathery oak lead, with warming notes of peppercorn and cinnamon in tow.
Finish
A touch of herbal tea, rich butterscotch, nutmeg, and oak char.
