Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Metallic aromas, with hints of furniture wax, old leather and a little over-ripe grape. Hints of rancio, somehow!

    Palate

Soft malt, with soy sauce and black olives to the fore. Quite tangy, with a little stewed rhubarb. Orange rinds.

    Finish

Citrussy, zesty finish with hints of peppermint, caraway and manuka honey.
