An independent bottling of 28 year old single malt from the Glenturret distillery, drawn from a single refill hogshead. It was distilled in November 1987 and bottled in June 2016 with a small outturn of just 171 bottles.

Nose
Stewed citrus peels, cinnamon sticks and robust malt.
Palate
Malt continues, along with barley sugar and black pepper.
Finish
Honey, grass, more pepper and some hints of apricot.
