Distilled at Glenrothes in 2006, this single malt matured for 16 years in a single cask. A total of 750 bottles were drawn from a refill sherry butt in 2023, independently released by Hunter Laing for the Old Malt Cask collection.
Cinnamon buns are joined by doughy buttered bread and drizzles of honey, with sultanas and rich oak in tow.
Buttery pastries, packed with raisins lead to gingerbread and vanilla custard.
Biscuity barley, fruit cake, candied almonds, and a smidge of warming spice.
