A fabulous independently bottled single malt, released for The Single Malts of Scotland series and distilled at Glenlossie. After distillation in December 2011, this whisky was left to rest in a single hogshead cask for nine years, until being bottled in April 2021.
Sweet honeyed cereal, a smidge of lemon zest, and juicy, fresh orchard fruits.
Buttery barley with apple pastry and a good helping of vanilla cream, with hints of crunchy biscuit and oak spice.
Caramelised apples, citrus zest, juicy malt, and toasted brown sugar, with a touch of earthen, peppery warmth.
