This right here is a single cask bottling of 19 year old Glenlossie single malt, distilled in February 1997 and bottled in November 2016 by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Burnt sugar, porridge and some light vegetal notes of rolling tobacco.
Warming pepper and cinnamon, barley and white grape.
Alpine herbs and grapefruit peels.
