19 year old single malt from the Glenlossie distillery in Speyside, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks which were filled in February 1997 and cracked open in December 2016. Following that, this whisky was independently bottled by the folks from Signatory as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Manuka honey, porridge oats, tobacco and rum spices.
Apple peels, orange sweeties, cut grass and a pinch of pepper.
Subtly salty, with lingering citrus.
