From Signatory's marvellous Cask Strength Collection comes a fantastic Glenlossie single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a pair of bourbon barrels. Those cask were filled back in 2006, and were home to the whisky for 15 years, before being cracked open in 2022. 347 bottles were produced.
Black tea, almond pastries, some juicy sultana notes building.
Still has sultana and apricot, now with chamomile, banana chip, and nutmeg notes.
Chocolate peanuts, honeycomb, and a hint of mint leaf.
