This was distilled at Glenlivet in 1981 before a 34 year maturation in a single cask (number 9458). It was bottled in February 2016 for Signatory's Cask Strength Collection.
Ground nuts and cocoa butter. Malty.
Barley-driven palate with notes of apple peel and manuka honey. Hints of heather.
Heathery, sweet finish with milk chocolate and apple. Vanilla.
