Sherry
An 18 year old Glenlivet single malt Scotch whisky, which was allowed to age in a first fill Sherry butt from October 1996 to March 2015. It was bottled by Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Oily malt, quite nutty, a touch of sharp fruit sweetness.
Spicy cinnamon biscuits, Sherried raisins, brown sugar and almond.
Coconut, cherry and demerara sugar.
