
A fab Highlander here, distilled over at Glengoyne in 2008. It spent its 9 years resting in a single refill hogshead, until 2017 when it was bottled by Langside. The cask yielded 368 bottles for the Hepburn's Choice series, and it's all about the vanilla and citrus in this one.
Candied lemon peel and porridge with a drizzle of honey.
Buttery lemon shortbread, with vanilla cream and hints of oak spice.
Sweet malt with lingering sweet citrus.
