This single malt was distilled at Glengoyne in 2011 and spent the next dozen years maturing in a single refill hogshead. The cask was cracked open by Douglas Laing, releasing 352 bottles for its independent Old Particular collection. Expect rich barley, buttery baked goods, and elegant citrus zest here.
