Part of Glenfiddich's Grande Composition series, including limited-edition bottlings of its Grand Couronne 26 Year Old single malt, this edition is impressively packaged in a box designed by Austrian artist Clemens Wolf, with only 26 bottles of this particular design produced. The whisky within is a decadent single malt, finished for two years in Cognac casks. Spectacular stuff, on the eyes as well as the palate.
Vibrant and lively with an abundance of toasty oak sweetness. Reminiscent of a French pâtisserie, freshly-baked Tarte Tatin and buttery choux pastry.
Deep, velvety smooth and indulgently sweet. Café crème with soft brown sugar and a hint of spice.
