This Glendullan single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in 2010, and filled into a single cask, where it was allowed to slumber soundly for 11 years. In 2022, that rest came to an end, and the whisky was released for all to enjoy as part of indie bottler Langside's Hepburn's Choice collection. A total of 348 bottles were drawn from this cask.
Vegetal notes of fennel and lemon balm counter delicately sweet, flaky pastry and poached orchard fruits.
A sweet start with floral citrus blossom, honey, and earthen vanilla pod leading to notes of tropical fruit and herbaceous zest.
A touch of peppery anise builds, with syrupy brioche and crisp green apple.
