Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sherry, kirsch, cranberries and raisins. Calves leather, dessert wine and exotic spices.

Palate: Slightly rubbery and quite gripping with tangy, rich sherry oak, a little cocoa and prune. Hints of under-ripe plums, figs and banana loaf.

Finish: Medium-length with notes of pepper and caramel.
