Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Sherry, kirsch, cranberries and raisins. Calves leather, dessert wine and exotic spices.

Palate Slightly rubbery and quite gripping with tangy, rich sherry oak, a little cocoa and prune. Hints of under-ripe plums, figs and banana loaf.

Finish Medium-length with notes of pepper and caramel.
