Signatory bottled this splendid old single malt from Glenburgie to join the Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 1995, the whisky spent a mighty 30 years maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, yielding an outturn of 624 bottles when it was opened in 2026.
