A rather well-matured single malt here from the grand Glenburgie Distillery in Speyside! This expression was distilled in 1989 and filled into cask #14087, where it sat for 29 years, before the Berry Bros. & Rudd team came along in 2018 to bottle the whisky up. We do love a good Glenburgie, and this one is indeed marvellous.
Choux pastry with spun sugar all over it, cocoa, earthy hints of walnut.
Candied pineapple and juicy strawberry, wrapped up in caramel, with oaky spice developing underneath.
Chocolatey once again, with toasted cedar underneath.
