A Cask Strength Collection bottling of 23 year old Glenburgie single malt, aged in a single hogshead from June 1995 to June 2019. After its lengthy slumber, it was all bottled up by Signatory, with an outturn of 254 bottles.
Stone fruit jam, toasted teacakes, warm strudel and milky tea.
Still packed full of baked goods and cooked fruit, with good kick of pepper and pecan in the mix.
Orange peels and strawberry bonbons.
