An indie Glenburgie (Glenburgindie?) here from the chaps at Signatory! This tasty single malt was distilled in June 1995 and aged in a pair of hogshead casks for 21 years before being bottled in January 2017.
Dried barley and lemongrass. A helping of milk chocolate sweetness develops.
Apple crumble and oily walnut. Simmering spiciness of cardamom and cinnamon.
Grilled pineapple and tart raspberry.
