Single cask Glenburgie here, bottled by Douglas Laing. The Speysider spent 12 years in a single refill hogshead, until it was bottled up at 48% ABV for the Clan Denny series. A gently sweet, malt-forward dram to enjoy.
Digestive biscuits, oily malt, and woody vanilla.
Berries drizzled in white chocolate, with spicy oak, and leafy herbs.
Green oak and a touch of honey.
