A 9 year old Glenallachie, distilled in Autumn 2000 and aged in a single refill hogshead before bottling in Summer of 2010 for the Provenance range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Tangy notes of grapefruit and lime juice, caramel and malt. Hints of black pepper.

Palate: Fruity, buttery toffee, barley and lemon marmalade.

Finish: Stewed fruits with a hint of parsley.
