Description
A 21 year old bottling of Glenallachie single malt, drawn from a hogshead which was laid down in October 1996 and cracked open in December 2017. Yet another glorious indie bottling from Signatory.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Almond, dried fruits, a touch of white oak spiciness.
Palate
Honey and malt, with a few Tunnock's Caramel Wafers thrown in for good measure.
Finish
Milky tea and brioche.
