A single cask bottling of Glen Spey single malt, drawn from a hogshead which matured the whisky for 25 years, from October 1990 to August 2016. Following maturation, the whisky was bottled by Hunter Laing for the Old Malt Cask range. A small release of only 95 bottles.
Shortbread and caramel, with a sprig of fresh mint.
Vanilla ice-cream, fruity gummy sweets, a light touch of white oak.
Quite chocolatey on the finish.
