This 9-year-old Glen Ord joins Signatory’s 100-Proof Edition series with all the punch and richness you’d hope for. Distilled in 2016 and matured in a mix of first-fill oloroso hogsheads and second-fill oloroso sherry butts, it lands at the traditional 100-proof strength of 57.1% ABV. A cracking choice for anyone who loves a bold sherry cask whisky.
Dark fruits, sweet malt, raisins, vanilla, and rich sherry notes with hints of cinnamon and oak.
Full-bodied and lively, offering flavours of dried figs, caramel, spiced fruitcake, cocoa, and roasted nuts, backed by warming spice and malty sweetness.
Long and robust, with lingering sherry richness, sweet oak, and gently warming spice.
