10 year old Glen Moray single malt, independently bottled by The Single Cask. This one was aged in an ex-bourbon cask from November 2007 to May 2018, and bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 142 bottles.
Cereal, floral malt, maple syrup on pancakes.
Strawberry, banana, honey, oak spiciness at the core.
A touch of grist sticks around on the finish.
