Single malt from Glen Keith, distilled in 2013 and matured for seven years, including a finishing period in virgin oak casks. During that time, the whisky found its way to the fab gang at indie bottler Càrn Mòr, who opened the casks in 2021, releasing a total outturn of 672 bottles for the Strictly Limited series.
Fresh apple, charred oak, and syrupy flapjack, drizzled with milk chocolate.
Rich, roasted malt and honey-soaked sultanas lead to baked fruits, toasted nuts, and warming baking spice.
Ginger heat builds along with cinnamon and a touch of treacle toffee, with a touch of vegetal oak beneath.
