Distilled in June 1991, this Glen Keith single malt spent the next three decades maturing in a single bourbon barrel, before Signatory bottled it up in August 2021. A limited outturn of 175 bottles were released for the ever-wonderful Cask Strength Collection, weighing in at a healthy 50.2% ABV.
