A grand addition to Signatory's independent Cask Strength Collection, this single malt was distilled at Glen Keith back in 1997 and filled into a pair of hogsheads for maturation. After a duration of 23 years, the whisky was bottled up in April 2021, at a cask strength of 52.7% ABV, with a total of 513 bottles produced.
Zesty lemon posset, orchard fruit and blossom, wildflower honey.
Buttered brioche, honey nut cereal, vanilla, sultanas, petal tea.
Apricot, apple peels, underlying savoury herbs, toasted teacakes.
