An indie Glen Keith single malt, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks that were laid down to slumber in May 1997. After 22 years of rest, the casks were cracked open by Signatory, who bottled the whisky up in October 2019 as part of the Cask Strength Collection. A release of 522 bottles.
Greengages and red apples, with baking spice giving some savoury balance.
Toasted brioche and chocolate cake, with sultanas and fresh ginger.
