This Glen Keith was distilled in August 1995, and it was aged in a pair of hogsheads before bottling by Signatory in 2012.
Hay, dry grass, vanilla, menthol and oak. Fascinating and intense. Some herbs, bergamot and sage.
Rich and oily, sweet vanilla custard, ripe plums, aniseed balls and a hint of turmeric. Very malty with citrus and spices.
Good length with apples, marmalade and toffee.
