A 21 year old, single cask Glen Grant, distilled in August 1990 and aged in cask 16975 before bottling for Duncan Taylor's Dimensions series in March of 2012. A release of 203 numbered, cask strength bottles.
Coffee beans and chocolate, Chantilly cream and cracked black pepper. A little chocolate-coated digestive biscuit, hints of almond oil and allspice.
An intense, spicy palate with notes of rich, thick cooked fruit and custard, malt and sherry.
Pears, apple peel and honey.
