A young and vibrant single cask Glen Elgin here that's been bottled up by Dràm Mòr after eight years of maturation in a first-fill bourbon barrel. Interestingly, this one was then finished in a first-fill bourbon barrel too, to give it a double dose of cask character.
Desiccated coconut, vanilla wafer, dried grass, and orchard fruit.
Sticky toffee pudding, banana, custard, marzipan, and white chocolate.
A little tropical fruit and oak spice.
