From Signatory's Cask Strength Collection independent bottling range comes a well-matured Glen Elgin single malt! This expression was distilled in Speyside back in December 1995, and left to age in a single hogshead for 24 years, before being bottled up at 51.3% ABV in June 2020. Only 269 bottles were produced.
Malt loaf with salted butter, toasted sesame, a hint of butterscotch.
Oily barley and a hint of pine resin, with juicy sultana and apricot bringing a sweet balance.
Peppery malt, peaches and cream, honeycomb.
