This is the 15 Year Old, which spent its initial maturation in ex-bourbon casks before it was transferred to ex-Oloroso sherry hogsheads for a final two year finishing period. A good dose of tropical creaminess to enjoy alongside the drier, spicier notes from the cask finish.
