From the phenomenal Fettercairn Distillery comes this elegant eight year old single malt! Matured in a single cask, this splendid Highlander was selected by the folks at indie bottler Douglas Laing, hand-filling a total of 432 delightfully decorative ceramic decanters for its Premier Barrel series.
Creamy vanilla and soft stone fruits, malt biscuits, gently floral with some sweet tangy citrus.
Floral honey, peaches, and apricot with more fragrant vanilla notes cushioning delicate oak spice.
Orchard fruits continue, with honeysuckle and roasted barley, ending with a pinch of pepper and warming ginger.

love this pack and the single casks are great. This Jura is perfect! Well done.
Not impressed. Incredibly clear colour, almost clear. A very rough taste, not at all smooth. If it was a blind tasting I say this was just bottled tailings !!
