An independent bottling of Fettercairn single malt, aged for 7 years and finished in a European oak quarter cask! This was bottled by Langside for the Hepburn's Choice range, with a very small outturn of only 85 bottles (because those quarter casks very small indeed).
Buttered hot cross buns with lots of sultanas, marmalade and a fiery hint of clove.
Figs in syrup, new oak, vanilla ice cream and fino Sherry.
Lots of sultana notes on the finish.
