A single cask bottling of Fettercairn, aged in a hogshead for 28 years before being bottled by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled in December 1988 and bottled in January 2017, with an outturn of 246 bottles.
Nutty malt, with layers of caramel and old leather.
Liquorice root, thyme honey and roasted coffee beans. More caramel sweetness develops.
Almonds and robust malt richness.
