12 year old single malt from Fettercairn, distilled in 2008, this expression spent a dozen years resting in a single wine cask! In 2020, the cask was cracked open by Langside for the independent Hepburn's Choice collection, releasing a total outturn of 363 bottles.
Dried prunes, sultanas, raisins, and jammy orchard fruits with soft, cakey spice.
Oaken spice builds with darker notes of forest fruits and milk chocolate raisins.
A hint of orange zest, cinnamon snaps, more dark berries, and lingering woody spice.
