“I too sampled this in louieville at the Evan Williams experience. It's fantastic, just like the other review it's like woodfords without the oak. True water does open it up but I still sometimes drink it straight no ice. Bottled in Bond is the way to go! Heaven hill is a few up from this but can't see it in the UK. If you got the budget the Evan Williams 12yr is probably the best bourbon I've ever had and worth while buying. ”

In accordance with Bottled-in-Bond regs, this is at least four years old, from a single season, and bottled at a higher ABV than the regular Evan Williams. Punching way above its price class, this is a favourite of ours, displaying immaculate balance with sweetness, black pepper and cinnamon spice.
