A single cask indie Edradour from the ever-wonderful Signatory, bottled for Nickolls and Perks. Distilled in December 2006, the Highlander spent its 12 years resting in a refill sherry hogshead. In November 2019, it was bottled at cask strength, with 272 bottles released at 57.4% ABV for the Cask Strength Collection.
Dried apricot and raisin, with brown sugar, fresh espresso and caramelised pineapple.
Crème brûlée and oak char, with milky coffee and bitter dark chocolate leading into a drizzle of golden syrup.
Toffee apple lingers with touches of cocoa.
