Single malt Scotch whisky from Edradour here, bottled by Signatory for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It's bottled at 46% ABV without any additional colouring.
Dried cherries, dark chocolate, Christmas cake, and oily nuts.
Maple syrup, oak char, syrupy raisins, clove-studded orange, and sherried fruit.
Rich orange marmalade and cinnamon.

Tried a sample of this recently and loved it so just had to get a bottle. It's a delicious whisky full of rich dark red fruit and dried fruit. Wonderful sumptuous stuff!
Approached it with somewhat care and curiosity as I have heard is a powerful and different whisky to be blown away by how both complex and approachable it is. An absolute sherry bomb, easily one of the best I had.
